Product Quality & Origin
What type of hair does Pure Hair Source supply?
We supply 100% pure human hair — ethically sourced, unprocessed, and free from synthetic blends. Our collection includes Virgin and Raw Indian hair, known for its natural movement, durability, and luxurious texture.
Where is your hair sourced from?
Our hair is primarily sourced from trusted Indian temple and South Asian donors. We work directly with reputable manufacturers to ensure ethical collection and strict quality control.
Is your hair Remy or non-Remy?
All our hair is Remy, meaning the cuticles are aligned in one direction, which prevents tangling and ensures a natural look and long lifespan.
What’s the difference between Raw and Virgin hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed, straight from the donor, with no chemical or steam processing.
Virgin hair is also unprocessed but may be lightly steamed to achieve specific textures (e.g., body wave, deep wave).
Is the hair single or double drawn?
We offer both options depending on your needs. Our standard bundles are full and natural (single drawn), but double drawn options are available on request for extra volume and uniform length.
Product Use & Maintenance
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Our hair can be safely dyed or bleached by a professional. Raw Indian hair lifts particularly well. We recommend strand testing and deep conditioning post-coloring.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, Pure Hair can last 1–2 years or longer. Longevity depends on installation technique, daily maintenance, and heat or chemical exposure.
Does the hair tangle or shed?
Minimal shedding is normal for all human hair. We reinforce our wefts to reduce shedding. Avoid cutting wefts, and follow our hair care guide to prevent tangling.
Can I use heat styling tools?
Yes — but always use a heat protectant and moderate temperatures to maintain the hair’s integrity and shine.

Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?
Our primary focus is B2B — serving salon professionals, hairstylists, and beauty retailers. However, we welcome serious individual buyers interested in premium hair.
How do I request a price list?
Simply fill out our form on the Products page. Once submitted, you’ll receive the complete price list via WhatsApp.
Are your prices fixed or negotiable?
Our price list is standardized based on quality, length, and volume. We offer tiered pricing for bulk and repeat partners.
Do you offer wholesale bundles or value packs?
Yes, we offer exclusive Wholesale Value Packs designed for salons and hair resellers looking to stock up at preferential rates.
Delivery & Returns
Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes, we offer reliable delivery throughout Kenya via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Pickup is available from our designated locations. We’ll coordinate pickup details upon order confirmation.
Do you ship to other countries?
At the moment, we primarily serve Kenya, with plans to expand across East Africa. International shipping may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to quality and will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis if raised within 48 hours of receiving the hair.
