No two bundles are exactly alike. While we strive for consistency, you may notice slight differences in color, texture, or curl pattern across bundles or wigs.
Color variations may include natural shades of black or brown unless otherwise specified. Some raw bundles may have subtle sun-kissed ends or undertones.
Hair behaves like natural hair—it may react to humidity, heat, and water differently depending on its origin and texture.
Texture & Pattern
Our textures are expertly curated, but:
Steam-processed textures like Body Wave or Deep Wave may relax slightly over time, especially after repeated washing.
Raw textures (e.g. raw straight, raw wavy) may appear looser or tighter depending on the donor’s natural hair pattern.
For best results, match textures carefully if mixing bundles or blending with your own hair.
Coloring & Chemical Processing

Minimal shedding is normal, just like natural hair. Avoid cutting wefts. If you must cut, seal the weft ends to reduce shedding.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final once the hair has been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with.
We perform rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by unaltered product images and a valid proof of purchase.
