3. Pricing & Orders
Prices are available on request via our Product page and sent through WhatsApp.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Bulk and wholesale orders may qualify for tiered pricing or partner discounts through our Stylist Partner Program.
Full payment must be made to confirm your order unless alternative terms have been agreed under a credit arrangement.
4. Payment Terms
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and other secure payment methods as communicated during order placement. We do not accept cash-on-delivery unless explicitly stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the courier selected.
We are not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
Pickup arrangements are available in select areas.
6. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be in original, unused condition for consideration.
